here's how we handle those situations.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Session Duration: Allow for one hour for a first-time visit and 30-45 minutes for subsequent sessions.
Rescheduling Appointments: To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hour notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduling within this timeframe allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively.
Rescheduling Availability: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests; however, preferred times may already be taken.
Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations: Any appointment not rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed session, with no refunds provided. For package holders, missed appointments will be deducted as a treatment session from the package.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened, and the full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and it may be considered a missed session.
Forfeiture of Funds: Once a session or package is paid for, all funds are non-refundable, even if you choose not to complete the sessions.
Refunds and Credits: Please note that appointments may be rescheduled within 24 hours. Any funds paid for a session will be transferred to the new appointment.
Refunds are not available; however, in exceptional cases, we may, at our discretion, provide a credit for future services instead of a refund.
No Cancellations of Packages: All purchased packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it is considered final, and all sessions must be used within the designated timeframe.
Non-Transferable Packages: Packages are strictly non-transferable. Only the person who purchased the package may use the sessions.
Emergency Situations: In case of a genuine emergency or unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Policy Changes: This policy is subject to change without notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website.
Communication Channels: To cancel or reschedule, contact us via phone or email. Requests made through other means may not be accepted.
